The Badia is part of the sportOmed orthopedic® series characterized by a special processing and dampening properties.
The shoe is processed almost seamless in the heel area to prevent any kind of chafing or unpleasant pressure.
The forefoot is extra wide and the shoe itself highly comfortable due to the Comfort fit® footbed.
Right underneath the foodbed a volume compension inner sole absorbs shock and can be easily removed to make way for an orthopedic insole.
The toe area is additionally protected by a robust front cap.

Comfort-fit® footbed
The entire comfort fit® footbed consists of cork. To bind the cork, a minimum amount of binding agent is used to ensure high moisture permeability of the footbed. The moisture is taken up and transported by the integrated fleece. The proron shock absorber along the entire length provides soft cushioning and PU foam provides volume balance in the joint.
